Looking for MSO-PC Attorney Recs (Multi-State)

Hello Searchfunders! We're in the early stages of building a healthcare acquisition platform (ie: eye care, dental, etc.) and have a couple of active deals we're working through. We've reached the point where we need to get the MSO-PC structure right, and we'd love to tap into this community's experience. Specifically looking for attorneys who've actually done MSO-PC formations across state lines. Pacific Northwest is our immediate priority, but we're looking at deals nationally, so recommendations in other regions are just as welcome.
