Looking for Model with Real Estate Template

SMBootcamp's financial model template has been key in evaluating deals, does anyone have a similar template to model an acquisition that includes real estate and the associated 25 year amortization schedule with a 504 loan?

Hey ^redacted‌, if you have the SMBootcamp model, you can already handle changing the amortization period. Cell C25 is the amortization period of the senior loan in months. Just bump that figure up from the default 120 months to 300 months to switch to a 25year am.

What this won't do is calculate a blended amortization. In effect, if the real estate purchase is more than 51% of the total value of assets purchase, you can get the 25 year amortization. But if the RE is less than 51%, then you end up with an amortization between 10 years and 25 year on a weighted basis.

Thanks for the mention ^redacted‌. I wish I had such a template to share but do not have one currently. I feel like there must be one out there.
