Looking for Minority Parnters

I'm looking for potential minority partners for a couple of upcoming deals. I have LOIs both in hand and submitted. I'm looking for anywhere between 300-500K. A fund is ok but would prefer an individual. Sample deal is a cleared GovCon company. We are looking at SBA for senior and with owner carry, earnout tied to contract, and our equity. We would need about 300K to close as we are bringing the other 300K. Another deal is a Video Production company and commercial building where we would need around 200-300k to close. I can give more details to anyone that feels like it could be a fit for them. We would operate and run the day to day. And would see to buy out the position in 2-3 years.
