Looking for MBA Summer Internship Chief of Staff Opportunities

How’s it going everyone! I have connected with some of you already, but my name is Garrett Sweetser and I am a 1st year full-time MBA student at USC Marshall and an Army Veteran. I was introduced to ETA/Search by a mentor, and the more I learn about it, the more eager I am to dive deeper into it. I served in the Army for 5 years as a Field Artillery Officer leading both small and large teams. One of the driving factors drawing me to ETA, among many others, is the opportunity for operators to generate positive and enduring impacts on an organization and be able to witness those outcomes.

I am looking to find an operator owned or a PE-back Portco in the Southern California area and work for them as a Chief of Staff to gain hands-on operational experience in an SMB. I am a proactive individual ready to get my hands dirty and undertake any role within the organization, driven by a strong desire to learn and contribute.
