Looking for list 'Value Investing' firms in Texas

I am looking to acquire a comprehensive list of value investment firms in Texas and Florida

- Family Offices
- Private firms
- Public firms
- RIAs
- Mutual Fund firms
- Other

While it could be argued that many investors and searchers in this forum have a value orientation by seeking to acquire otherwise hidden gems, I believe most miss the mark of what a value investor would do. I believe that the average search fund (1) pays a higher average multiple than they should, and (2) overleverages their transaction. I am looking for firms that shun debt and truly abide by a value orientation.
