We're gaining momentum with a seller of a medical billing business ($1M EBITDA) and starting to build the support team. Specifically we're looking for: - Banker to help with SBA7a lending - Legal advisory - Accounting/financial diligence advisory This transaction will be first of multiple as as scale our platform.
