Hello,

We acquire established profitable businesses between $3m - $30m, primarily based in the US.

We borrow money from a range of lenders and are looking to expand our borrowing options.

We require lenders who meet the criteria below, please private message me if you can assist.

1. Don't require PG's, use the business as security,
2. Some businesses may not have real-estate or machinery, only income, so that still needs to be ok
3. Don't require depositing funds into their escrow accounts, however, happy to deposit funds with our own attorney
4. Can close within###-###-#### days, the smaller the better

I'd be interested to learn more about lending options that meet this criteria, please message me if you have some options.

Love the criteria, it's all what we dream for. To meet this criteria I would say you need a few things: substantial equity injections, a history of doing deals, great relationships with banks, Mezz debt, larger deals doing substantial cash flow ($2 m in EBITDA or higher) or backing from Family Office or PE firms which will most likely reduce your equity stakes. Happy to make intros where I can.
