Looking for lender recommendations / introductions for UK commercial real estate financing

I’m helping a UK-based business owner explore financing for the acquisition of two separate commercial properties: Property #1: Occupied CRE where one of the buyer’s existing operating businesses is already located. Property #2: Currently unoccupied CRE that the buyer intends to acquire and subsequently occupy with one of its existing business operations. Both properties are located in the UK, and the buyer is an established and successful operator with multiple businesses. Total aggregate value is approximately £1M ($1.35M). Looking for lenders, debt brokers, or other financing sources that actively lend against owner-occupied commercial real estate in the UK.
