Looking for Lender

Hello,

Looking to connect with some lenders on financing options for $5-$10M deal sizes. My business partner and I are a small search fund looking to acquire and operate a business in the Pacific Northwest. Tagerting trades, manufacturing and B2B businesses.

Targeted Deal Structure (depends on deal size):
- 20-50% Cash
- 10-20% Seller Financing or earnouts
- 20-50% Institutional Debt
