Looking for lawyer with experience in Accounting firm purchase

Hello - Could anyone recommend a lawyer who has helped them in a past with an Accounting firm acquisition? Industry specific experience is crucial her because some clauses such as "inventory" are not relevant to the industry and I'd prefer working with someone who has already working on a similar deal till close. Thanks in advance!
