I'm a searcher based in Toronto, Canada, looking for investors to finalize the cap table. I'm at 50% now, with several institutional investors participating. I'm looking for businesses across the US and Canada focused on mission-critical manufacturing services, including food. I have 10 years of professional experience in consulting, manufacturing, operations management, and investment.


I've always had entrepreneurial ambition, perhaps being a first-generation immigrant from a developing country, and raising the fund will allow me to act on the ambition to create meaningful impact.
