My wife and I are in talks to acquire a single fitness studio that is a part of a growing franchisor in a large market. We are looking to acquire at ~2.5x SDE with a 20% seller note and an SBA loan. We could cover the remaining equity portion ourselves (and will be investing at minimum 10-20% of project costs / deal value ourselves) but would like to consider bringing on an investor that can provide some advisory in the space.
