This was a self funded search and are looking for investors to partner with to buyout the business. We've got healthcare management and healthcare deal experience and will be running the hospital post acquisition. We've offered a 6x EBITDA. Currently awaiting feedback on the offer to proceed to term sheet. Open to Debt and/or Equity.
