I’m looking at healthcare clinics in the $750K–$2M EBITDA range where there’s already a strong GM or office manager in place. My goal would be to come in as the owner focusing on streamlining operations, improving patient retention, tightening scheduling and billing, and driving growth through marketing and follow-on acquisitions, while the office manager handles the day-to-day. I’m trying to get a sense of who would be interested in partnering on a model like this and what types of investor profiles usually back deals where the owner isn’t the full-time on-site operator. If anyone has experience with operator-first structures, healthcare roll-ups, or systems-driven growth in outpatient clinics, I’d love to connect.

We should chat. I come from a big healthcare background and looking to connect with more people and funders in this space.

I'm a physician with large medical group operational and M&A experience. Lots of nuances with PPM acquisitions...you really need to make sure you know what you're getting into. Feel free to DM me (de-anonymized) if you'd like to chat.
