Looking for investment opportunities in Germany (with finder's fee)

Do you have deal flow that you find attractive but cannot pursue due to the stricter guidelines of a traditional search fund model?
Do you want to monetize this deal flow and help another search team?

I am doing a self-funded search together with a partner in Germany & Switzerland and as we are not following the normal search fund path, we are a bit more flexible what type of company we want to buy.

Besides any fee structure the deal may involve (M&A advisor, broker, etc.), we would be happy to pay you a finder's fee of 1% in case of a successful transaction - and lifelong gratitude ;-)!

We are looking for businesses with EUR###-###-#### million in EBIT and are industry-agnostic - but also distressed situations are interesting if the company has potential to reach >EUR 1 million EBIT in the near-term.
