Looking for Investment for company in Panama

We are building a PE that aims to help SMEs sustain their growth. We are targeting companies in Central America and Mexico. Currently, we know about 4 companies in Panama (EBITDA between $1M and $5M USD) whose owners want to sell their businesses because they won't survive the generational change.
