Looking for interns (max 2), for my self funded search fund

About me: Experience in Management Consulting (McKinsey), Business & Product Management (Capital One), M&A (Multi-billion family office), Founded a gov funded startup (health-tech), lastly - I am fun to work with.

About my thesis: Focusing on businesses atleast $1M in EBITDA. Industries I like: healthcare, tech, health tech, IT/MSP, professional services. Industries I am staying away from: D2C, E-commerce, F&B, fashion, retail, etc.. Everything in between I am to take a look at.

What you'll be doing as an intern:
- Having fun while learning
- Identify potential acquisitions
- Summarize investment memorandums / CIMs
- Screen and track investment pipelines
- Fill and manage deal database by building lists of intermediaries, sponsors, companies and investors
- Manage contact, deal, and organization information
- Support deal valuation by performing industry and financial analysis
- Support industry research and competitive landscaping
- Identifying relevant intermediaries and prepare marketing pitches
- Build and maintain digital presence and systems
