Seeking recommendations for a cross-border U.S.–Mexico CPA/tax advisor who can manage our annual U.S./international filings and redesign our group structure for efficient, compliant inter-company flows. We have a U.S. Holdco with investments in the U.S. and Mexico, plus a Mexican operating company with a U.S. subsidiary and Spanish and Colombian subsidiaries. Thanks!
