I may suggest talking to old tennis coaches. They have vast knowledge of the sport and trend of Padel. Because many tennis players transition to Padel and find success.

I'm aware that there are a couple of research reports online, but your best bet is actually to go to an industry event, usually hosted in Spain or Italy, and meet the people there. You'll learn a lot from them and they will potentially share info resources with you.
