Looking for Independant Sponsor w/ Sec 363 experience

We've potentially got an inside track on a promising deal with ~$150MM of revenues and ~$8MM of EBITDA for a niche market leading distribution company that we have a shot at acquiring at good/excellent value in a Sec 363 BK process. We're looking for an independent sponsor with experience in such situations that might be interested in partnering with us to pursue this acquisition. We have interested lenders and equity providers (including ourselves), but have limited bandwidth to pursue this right now and such processes are naturally time sensitive and intensive.

We're looking for an independent sponsor that:

1. has experience with Sec 363 acquisitions as well as other relevant experience and attributes for such a situation
2. can manage DD and legal
3. can invest a personally meaningful amount, say $100-250K+
4. Is interested in partnering with us on this on a one-off basis (and hopefully more deals in the future)
