I posted a bit ago about "using AI tools for an off-market search" and have been testing a lot of ideas.

Right now, home service companies seem like a pretty easy target to point AI (+ additional services) at for off-market search.

For finding home service companies, I recommend checking out free Google Maps scraper, then using our Google Sheets extension to find owners/personalize outreach (did you know there's a ton of diff types of cleaning biz, like gutter cleaning to residential to solar?)
