Looking for help with Operational DD in construction space.
I’m evaluating the acquisition of a small construction company and looking for an experienced owner/operator or industry executive to help with operational due diligence in a paid mentor/advisor capacity. I’d value a practical perspective on estimating and job costing, crew productivity, equipment condition and future capital needs, key-person dependencies, and the realities of running the business. Ideally, someone who has built, run, or acquired a construction or specialty contracting business and can help me ask the right questions and spot potential blind spots. I’m looking to work directly with an individual rather than engage a consulting firm. Happy to pay hourly or agree on a fixed scope—no success fees or transaction-based compensation. If this sounds like you, or someone you’d recommend, please message me. redacted
