Looking for help finding a US-based kitchen knife factory for acquisition

I'm helping a client of mine that is looking to purchase a US-based factory that can produce high quality kitchen knives. This is not my uniquie strength. I've spent the majority of my career on the finance and diligence side of deals, but I've been a part of this forumn for a couple of years, have met some great people here, and I hope that someone somewhere could have some insights that they'd be willing to share on how to find such a factory.

Factory should ideally be somewhere in the $5-10 million annual revenue range, but anything could be oif interest.

Cutco is the major made in USA manufacturer, family owned. Try searching made in USA member/product directories, like Alliance for American Manufacturing to uncover targets within your range.

You may also want to check the hunting space, specifically the exhibitor directory of the Shot Show and the retail offerings at Bass Pro/Cabela's. These sources may uncover specialist US-based knife makers that could be tooled for kitchen knives.
