We are in the process of acquiring companies in the Manufacturing, Distribution, and Wholesale space. We are in need of a second set of eyes in evaluating deals, by reviewing CIMs & Databooks, formulating questions for clarification, and helping to decide Go/No-Go on pursuing via an LOI.
