We are looking for guidance around demographics selection for location and revenue projections for break even analysis / net profits when evaluating a new indoor trampoline park (sky zone)

What type of guidance? I looked into something similar (tramolines plus a bunch of other stuff) a while ago and my conclusion was exit value would NOT be much higher than my all in costs, and that doesn't include serious amount of capex to keep the attractions fresh every 7-10 years...
