Hey All,
I am a self-funded searcher and have a couple GovCon deals I am seriously looking at. I am looking to fill out my deal team, specifically looking for CPA & Lawyer that have experience with government contracting deals.

Thanks!

Thanks Luke for the ping. Bryan feel free to reach out to me off-line as I would be happy to refer a few lawyers I have worked with. As a seller, the fees should be lower than for the buyer as the buyers typically do most of the initial drafting. That said, complexity of the deal will impact costs, but $50k-75k for a smallish deal might be a good ballpark
