Hi Sloane, if you need help sourcing deals, I would just look up the closest brokers to you on the IBBA website. Based on one of your other comments it looks like you have legal and lending covered. If you need buy-side deal advisory, let me know. I do exactly that on an as-needed basis and no success fees involved.
