Looking for GM or COO role in/around Chicago

Hi all, I've been operating businesses in the manufacturing space for nearly 15 years and 10 years of high-level marketing/advertising. I've gone through founding, scaling, and exiting. I've also consulted on dozens of businesses from an operations side and have a knack for finding very attractive off market deals. Additionally, I have commercial real estate and M&A experience if someone if looking to building a roll up. I know finding a talented and committed GM is a very tough thing to do, which is why I'm looking for a GM, COO, or CMO position in a $1m+ EBITDA business in/around Chicago (or remote), as I'm just a little exhausted of being the tip of the spear and excited by the potential of becoming part of a larger group.
