Hello everyone,
I am looking at a food distribution opportunity doing about ~$10MM EBITDA (~25% margins). The asking price is $35MM. The seller is willing to hold a note for $5MM and there is a potential SBA $5MM. That leaves about $25MM. Would love to hear ideas on bridging the gap for $25MM.

Was looking at a similar size deal couple months back, but didn’t work out due to inconsistency of ebitda .

There’s a way to keep a high % of the economics if you know how to structure this properly. Happy to chat about it.
