Looking for franchisor resale connections at top tier brands

Anyone have any contacts at national brands (eg. 30+ years, 100s/1000s of locations)? Ideally, someone in resales, but if they work in operations or franchisee mgmt, that might work. I'm asking for potential deal flow and also general advise. Industry agnostic, but I'll pass on fitness and food fads.

Top franchise brands likely will not need to go through a broker for resales as other franchisees within the system are happy to acquire from departing franchisees. To find the best opportunities I think you would want to contact the brand itself. I am sure they would prefer to sell new units, but if you buy a resale and you are happy with it, you can come back and potentially buy new units then. Just my $0.02.
