Looking for franchise consulting

Hi

I'm looking into purchasing an existing franchise business. The business is mature but the system is newer. I need some help validating franchisor heath, reviewing FDD and FA, assessing business risks, etc.

I’m not sure the rookies needed - was thinking a consultant / accountant now and an attorney post LOI? Also I’m under the impression that most franchise consultants are focused on sales, and wasn’t sure if they would be appropriate to advise independently on something like this? I’d welcome any feedback or referrals

Are you using an SBA loan to acquire the franchise? If so, the SBA lender will use proprietary sources to validate the franchisor.
