Looking for Financial DD firm recommendations

Just got a deal in escrow and are starting DD -

Was hoping to get some leads for smaller boutique-y firms that help SF perform DD that are easy to work with and have reasonable fees and timelines.

The company is about 8.5M top line and 1.2M EBITDA in the HVAC space.

Hi Tim - On the quality of earnings side, Jim Shapre mentions some in his QoE post (Blum Shapiro, Hood & Strong, Plante Moran, the Boulay Group and Mazars Group (Europe) were being utilized in a survey of a dozen searchers/CEO’s. They also reported an average time of 5 weeks to complete a report, with a range from 3 weeks to 8 weeks.). Hope that helps!
