Todd, thank you very much for sharing. I wish I had known some of this myself before...The EOS system you mentioned is very good. I implemented it once with much success. Another thing one can do in his/her first 100 (or 90)days or 6 months is to understand the Company culture . Be aware of it. Understand the dynamics and the whys. What motivates the team? Understand the established relationships between the different stakeholders. If you are unhappy with the company culture, or it does not meet your own values and ethos, you should change it and not be afraid of doing it. You are the CEO now...
