What is Searchfunder.com?

Looking for feedback on talent search concept

I'm looking for feedback on whether a service, whereby we'd support searchers and funds in finding new CEOs/Presidents to operate the newly acquired business, would be valuable. Think of it as a headhunter for search. Would this work? Is there enough deal flow? Other considerations / risks?
