What is Searchfunder.com?

Looking for Feedback on My PPM

I hope everyone is doing well! I’m currently working on refining my Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) for an acquisition search targeting businesses with EBITDA of $1M to $2M. I’d love to get some feedback from those of you who have experience with PPMs or have gone through a similar process.

Nathan, I've never used a PPM in ~30 years but have drafted many SEC registration statements which are substantially more comprehensive. Happy to look at your PPM and give you some high-level pointers. Note that I'm biased and think that a PPM should never be used to raise capital. I'll DM you my contact details.
