Looking for experts in the passenger transportation (shuttles) industry

Hello! We are looking at acquiring a local passenger transportation company based out of a ski resort town in Colorado. They specialize in private and shared rides to and from the local airport about 30 min outside of the resort. They have a fleet of about 20 vehicles, ranging from a few SUVs to 15 passenger and 25 passenger vans/
