I have a client that has recently acquired a profitable chain of grocery stores and is looking to acquire more. Client is based in Canada and is looking to grow its Canadian footprint. The initial acquisition was completed with bank debt. My client have since identified other smaller targets and is now looking to acquire a few more stores - but with equity vs more bank debt.
