Looking for debt financing with international element

Hey everyone! I am looking for options for debt financing of a UK-based company selling the assets to a US-based company (and ceasing all UK operations). I'm not interested in revenue-based structures at this time.

I appreciate any recommendations!

Depends on where the assets are based, but redacted can lend on foreign assets.

Assets (all digital) are currently held in a UK company, hosted on US-based company servers (i.e. AWS) and being moved to a US-based company using US-based company servers (i.e. AWS).
