Looking for Debt Financing (SBA, Other) contacts in Dallas/Fort Worth Metro

Hi everyone! 

Started my solo search fund this January. Looking in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro for deals in the 3.5-7mil range, preferably in manufacturing with a retiring owner looking for a successor. 

Wanting to start some conversations with banks/bankers who like to lend into these kinds of scenarios.
