Looking For Debt Financing Options For Acquisition Under LOI

Consistently profitable and growing restaurant franchisor with 30+ opened franchise units in 20 states and no corporate stores (100% Franchised). They also have another 40+ signed FDD and already paid franchise fees for opening new franchise units in the pipeline. With Covidredactedthey did see small reduction in revenue and EBITDA but overall very strong during pandemic.
