Lease savings (moving operations to new building with cheaper lease) (0.6mm) 3. ^redacted‌, I'm an M&A/funding expert with a focus on healthcare-related sectors. This should be a relatively easy deal to do. Last year I closed a $32 Million healthcare provider acquisition (exclusive advisor to the buyer for deal structuring, funding and closing). I'm presently working on a $40 Million healthcare real estate expansion deal (exclusive advisor to the Company for sourcing funding, deal structuring, lender negotiations and closing). You can reach me at redacted . Looking forward to speaking. [^redacted‌, thanks for including me in this.]
