Hi all, 

We have a high probability of getting a couple of LOI's awarded to us and thought we would see what the interest is in the great community. We are an independent sponsor/self-funded and we closed a deal in November with a structured PE firm. 

Deal 1) Home Healthcare $6.8M EBITDA. Managers staying on. 
Deal 2) Health Care Staffing and Search $2.8M EBITDA. Managers staying on.
