Looking for deals in the Southeast US

Hi Everyone!

I currently live in Utah where I have been searching for a business. However, my wife and I are very interested in moving to the Southeast (GA, FL, SC, NC, TN) with particular interest in the north Atlanta area (Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta, etc.).

If anyone knows who I might be able to connect with in those areas to start generating some deal flow I would really appreciate it! Also happy to make connections with anyone who is interested in the Utah area
