Looking for Deal Sourcer / Finder — Medical Billing & RCM Acquisitions — Illinois / Midwest

Hey SF community, I'm actively looking to acquire a medical billing or RCM company and looking for help surfacing deals. About me: I have a healthcare operations background and have been researching this space extensively. I understand the industry, I know what I'm looking for, and I'm ready to move quickly when the right deal comes up. This isn't a casual search — I'm serious about closing something in the next 6-12 months. What I'm looking for: Medical billing / RCM companies Under $500K revenue Established client base with recurring revenue Owner looking to retire or transition out Illinois or Midwest preferred but open anywhere in the US What I need help with: Finding owners who might be open to a conversation. I'm not looking for listed deals — I can find those myself. I'm looking for off-market owners who haven't listed anywhere but might be open if the right person reached out. Who would be great for this: Someone with existing relationships in the Illinois healthcare space A retired billing company owner who knows others in the industry A healthcare CPA, attorney, or consultant who works with small practices Anyone with a warm network of small medical billing operators Someone who has done deal sourcing or business finding before You don't need a broker's license. You don't need to run a formal process. You just need to know people or be willing to find them and make introductions.
