Looking for CPA Experienced with Acquisition Entrepreneurs (Cleanup + Structure)

Hi all — Looking for a CPA that works with operators / acquisition entrepreneurs. What I need: - Review and cleanup of the past 3 years of returns - Identify any missed deductions or amended returns - File this year’s taxes - Help set up the right structure going forward as we begin acquiring businesses Not looking for a basic tax preparer — want someone who can clean up the past and set things up correctly before acquisitions begin.
