Looking for COO for ETA venture in norcal

We’re looking for a COO for a new SMB platform. The business is a niche asset dealership in NorCal. It's primarily a sales organization with a service component. This role work with me and @MarkCrandon and will be our primary on the ground operations leader overseeing sales and operations teams.

Are there any ETA-curious operators out there looking to jump aboard and learn SMB leadership? It could be a great fit for someone who wants to do ETA in a lower risk environment than you’d get by pledging every dollar you’ve ever earned and your house on PG’d SBA loans!
