Currently on a few manufacturing deals in the state of Michigan and New York. These businesses are asset heavy – do we know of any conventional lenders that are active in these markets and comfortable with asset-based deals? Ideally looking for lenders who can move quickly and are flexible on structure.

Zach Duprey at Parkside or Conor Tidgwell at Avid are also heavily involved in the lending market for search deals

Hi Adnan, we are a private lender so going to differ from a traditional bank in some ways, but we do have a strong presence in the manufacturing space and move quickly. I specifically work on providing advances on AR and inventory lending through factoring, but we do have a sister company that provides traditional asset based loans, Spectrum Commercial Finance. Happy to make an intro if you are looking for that flexible ABL lender that will not be as tight on credit as banks.
