I am a broker representing a client looking to acquire a contract manufacturing/packaging company. We're looking at companies that specialize in manufacturing/packaging for the chemicals, consumer, electronics, cosmetics, and really any industry in NY/NJ/PA/CT/FL as long as cashflow is about $500k and revenue is $5M.
