Looking for Connecticut Transaction Attorney Recommendations

Hi all. I'm closing in on submitting an LOI on a Connecticut industrial services business and am looking for recommendations for a transaction attorney in Connecticut. Ideally they'd have experience with: Asset acquisitions in the $500K to $1.5M range SBA 7(a) financing ROBS Commercial lease assignment Out of state buyers (I'm California based) Key issues include purchasing entity structure given the ROBS C-corp setup, Connecticut-specific asset transfer requirements, commercial lease assignment, and regulatory permit transfer. Looking for someone who has navigated at least some of these in combination. Thanks in advance!
