I'm looking for a real estate investor to carve out the owned property to under a Cap Rate of 10%, under a 10-year commercial lease – this guarantees your ROI. Properties range from $900-$1.1M
As these will be spin offs, I have the ability to generate the lease structures (price, terms, renewals, etc.).
